Substitution Policy: We strive to replicate the product as shown, including flower varieties and colours. However, due to seasonal or supply constraints, substitutions of flowers or containers may occasionally be necessary. Our focus is to maintain the arrangement’s overall aesthetic and colour scheme, using substitutes of equal or greater value and suitability. Customers will be notified in advance only if the substitutions significantly alter the arrangement.
Same day Pick Up from our store in Collie. Tuesday, Thursday, Friday between 10am-5pm and Saturday 9am-2pm.
Delivery to Collie and Surrounds; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.
Saturday delivery available for events.
Please note: during peak times (i.e. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas) this may and can change WITHOUT NOTICE.

I create each arrangement fresh in the morning, so deliveries will more than likely be made in the afternoons (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday).
Order by 11am for same-day delivery.
Orders placed after 11am may be delivered the next business day without consent.
For custom art or special flower requests, please allow more notice.
Delivery Fees
Collie town: $10 flat rate
Surrounding areas: $15–$25 depending on distance.
Free delivery for orders over $100 within Collie.
Delivery Instructions
You can leave notes at checkout (like “leave at front porch” or “call on arrival”). We’ll always try to follow your request when possible.
🚫 If No One’s Home
If the recipient isn’t home, we will leave the flowers in a safe, shady spot. If there is no such spot available, we will contact the sender to make other arrangements.
If re-delivery is needed, an additional fee will apply outside of Collie.
